Psalm 34:18
The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves
those who are crushed in spirit
The
Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A
refuge in times of trouble.
And those who know Your name will put their trust in
You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek
You. (Psalms 9.9-10)
But let
all those rejoice who put their trust in You; Let
them ever shout for joy, because You defend them;
Let those also who love Your name Be joyful in You.
For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With
favor You will surround him as with a shield.
(Psalms 5.11-12)
Have
mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak; O Lord, heal me,
for my bones are troubled. My soul also is greatly
troubled; But You, O Lord how long? Return, O Lord,

take counsel in my soul, Having sorrow in my heart
daily? How long will my enemy be exalted over me?
Consider and hear me, O Lord my God; Enlighten my
eyes, Lest I sleep the sleep of death; Lest my enemy
say, "I have prevailed against him''; Lest those who
trouble me rejoice when I am moved. But I have
trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in
Your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord, Because He has dealt
bountifully with me. (Psalms 13)
I will
love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock
and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my
strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the
horn of my salvation, my stronghold. (Psalms 18.1-2)
Let the
words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be
acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my
